Unlike the crew who originally delivered my refrigerator, this one immediately knew why the auto-fill pitcher was not working. They were even more knowledgeable about the product than the GE person I spent 15 minutes on the phone with trying to diagnose the problem. I knew from previous experience that the pitcher should have filled immediately after the fridge was connected, but the first guy told me that it would take a couple of hours to “calibrate” and left me with an empty water pitcher. Two days later, and still not a drop of water, I called GE thinking their representative could easily diagnose the problem. Instead, after walking me through several steps, she insisted that this particular model did not have an on/off switch for the water pitcher and the unit must be defective. Ironically, the ice maker was working great so there was obviously not a problem with either the water line connection or the filter. When the guys arrived a few days later to take a look I was prepared for them to tell me that the fridge was defective and would need to be replaced. To my surprise, immediately after I explained the problem, one of the three guys simply reached up and pressed a somewhat hidden button and “voila” the water pitcher filled up!

It’s a great brand LG, looks more expensive and the size is perfect for a big family

Not only was the fridge great, but the Best Buy team did a very good job installing the fridge. They were quick and efficient. They were in and out in less than 30 mins. Great product great service

I just received my new Frigidaire refrigerator so it’s really too early to comment on it. This rating is for the fantastic service I received from my delivery guys. They gave me their names but unfortunately my memory is terrible. I hope Best Buy can see this review and connect it to the two guys. They were very professional. They were very attentive to making sure that the refrigerator wasn’t damaged while before and after they brought it in. They made sure I knew how to set everything up. They went over all of the digital information with me. I would give 10 stars if I could. I couldn’t be happier!!!!

The two gentlemen that installed were amazing! We live in a small cape cod with narrow doorways and knew we would have to work to get the fridge into the kitchen so told them they could just leave in our dining room. They with confidence said they could get it through no problem and they sure did! Within seconds he opened the refrigerator door and he and his partner had it through the doorway, plugged in and in place. I would trust these two with moving anything! Not a scratch or dent anywhere! Thank you!

I had installed a braided water hose and shut off valve in the basement the previous day and drilled a hole in the kitchen floor so the hose was ready to go. They came in, moved my existing fridge to the garage and installed the new one in 20 minutes

The two men who delivered were on time, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing...all in a kind manner. Per other reviews stated on this refrigerator, I expected it to be noisey. I find only the ice maker to be somewhat loud, scared my dog but we're use to it now. Found inside of refrigerator & freezer larger than I expected! I'm happy with all, This experience will have me returning to Best Buy in the future.

Make sure you have a water outlet with a faucet. They won't install on an open-ended pipe that is controlled by a valve. Not professionals obviously. They are movers not handymans.

They did a decent job. I’m very frustrated, though, that it’s not level. Leans forward so every time I open the freezer the drawer flies forward. And now it’s too heavy to adjust.

We are enjoying our new Samsung refrigerator. We bought it online and was not sure of the exact size. It seems bigger than expected, but it fills the space in our kitchen exactly. So, we have an extremely efficient use of our space. The color is beautiful. Amazingly, you do not see hand smudges. The doors have no external handles and opens in the middle which is exactly what we needed. Quiet is the word. Does not make a sound. We look forward to out l fitting the kitchen with more Samsung appliances of the same color.

So far, I love this purchase. It is incredibly quiet, fits our refrigeration needs perfectly. Love the sliding shelf for taller products, the split door is very useful, no more having to watch the door when I open it to make sure it stops and doesnt knock out things. Very happy with this purchase

The Geek Squad did an awesome job delivering and installing my new Whirlpool French Doors/Bottom Freezer. There was no damage, but they did need to take the house entrance door off to get the fridge inside. The two technicians were patient, took the Whirlpool apart easily, and moved in the fridge in parts. Then, then put the fridge together again, and you could not tell the unit was not ever less than one piece. They did a great job.
