Nice one and affordable. Is good if you don’t have alt of space and you like to buy freezing stuff

In summary the employes who delivered it the first time were excellent; however5, when they oened it, it was damaged so i didn't accept it & it was taken back. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT AS IT WAS THE PERSONNEL WHO BOARDED IT ON THE SHIP FROM THE MAIN LAND, POSSIBLY WHILE ON THE SHIP WHILE SAILING OVER HERE &/OR THE UNLOADING FROM THE SHIP THAT CAUSED IT! The Best Buy employees IMMEDIATELY OBTAINED ANOTHER ONE FOR ME, which was really appreciated. And, as a suggestion, which I did, I GAVE THEM PERMISSION to open my new one up BEFORE THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME TO ASSURE THAT IT WAS OK, which they did. They then deliviered it to me and it was WONDERFULLY SET UP IN PLACE AND THEN HE EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT! That job was EXCE[TIONALLY WELL DONE! Thank YOU!

The installers were just average…nothing to brag about it. They seem to be in a hurry…they didn’t even put the holders inside. They left them to me with the excuse they didn’t know were to out them…well they never even ask. They also left one the refrigerator door in a different level than the other.. Fortunately the cook top installers fixed in a minute

The 3rd party team that installed and removed my old refrigerator were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of the frig they were hired to install and set-up. They were on time, texting along the way when they would arrive. And they cleaned up after they were finished. I am very satisfied with their work.

Wished they would have removed all the tape and leveled the doors. The left door wasn’t closing correctly and after I read the manual and adjusted the height it was fine. Would have been nice if installers checked this.

Just received my new 7 CU FT Garage Ready Freezer for a great price. Fits perfectly in my garage. Easy access. The guys were great about unpacking, placing it, and hauling away the packing. So farm all is good.

My refrigerator delivery, setup and haul away was great. The two guys were on time, they were very careful of my floors, walls, and cabinets, they were very professional. The water line was connected and checked to make sure it didn’t leak, The new refrigerator was put in place, all the packaging and old refrigerator was taken away. They were also wearing masks, and removed their shoes.

At first there was a delivery glitch, but Best Buy was very helpful in making things right. When it was installed, the workers were on time and professional. We love our side by side LG refrigerator. It seems to have more room than the last LG fridge (freezer on the bottom).

Jacob & Kyle were courteous, patient, careful and professional. As a business owner, I know full well that seldom does a job qualify as best-case-scenario and our install was no different. Those two young men worked incredibly HARD to do everything perfectly in a situation where most people would have simply given up. Hands down this was the best experience ever with an appliance installation.

Installation was fine but refrigerator was not leveled while they were there with a dolly to lift it by easily getting to the leveling legs

This was my Second Refrigerator Installation. The first was too wide and blocked out other nearby appliances. This one was the right width, better color for my kitchen ---- but --- alas it was an inch too tall for the space it fits in. So I hired someone to rebuild the cabinets over the refrigerator - for an additional $320.00 rather then send back AGAIN. The carpentry and painting was completed three and a half weeks after delivery. Workmen are not available when mis- calcs like this occur. But I do love the new fridge after all this travail even though it's missing an external ice dispenser. It looks very sleek in my all white custom built kitchen. I guess you can't have everything you want nowadays due to shortages of supplies nation wide.

The two installation technicians are amazing!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they went above and beyond with the installation of my refrigerator. Their customer service skills are excellent!! They took great care when they had to take my front door off to move the refrigerator inside and when they put it back on. Their product knowledge is fantastic as well as their installation knowledge. Best experience ever!!

Our house is built in a way that the refrigerator fits catty cornered in our kitchen. In order to get our old refrigerator out of the corner the doors had to be removed and the unit literally carried out of the corner. When the first third party delivery service arrived, they looked at the situation and said they couldn't install the new refrigerator because it would not fit and they left. I immediately contacted my local Best Buy where Amaria helped arrange a new delivery using a Geek Squad approved delivery service. When Alex and Alan arrived, I explained the situation. They came in the house, surveyed the kitchen and said it should not be a problem. They went to work and within an hour Alan and Alex had removed my old refrigerator and had the new one installed. Alex and Alan saved the day for us and they deserve a big Thank You.
