I'm a long time advocate for refurbished technology. I do not see the need to pay significantly more to be the sole owner of the product or the first person to open the product packaging. Especially when refurbished product warranties are typically the same as new product warranties. I'm completely satisfied with my Dell OptiPlex 7070-SFF. The PC was refurbished by JOY SYSTEMS. The PC was packaged securely, no missing items, a simple and concise set up guide and contact information if any problems were encountered. A great experience.

Day 33...PC failed. blue screen..Two tech reps couldn't transfer my old data to the new pc. I hired an outside it guy to do the job and the machine failed and I have to drive 2 hours to Las Cruces to a best buy brick and mortar to get a free 20 min estimate to repair, basically dead, pc. Oh well, who said life was fair.
