Came in quick and the game was in good condition. Fun challenging game to play by yourself or with friends so it’s worth the buy.

This gama has been incredibly fun from start. New mechanics, new customization, more action. With the same awesme random level design that keeps you on your tippie toes!!

Ah yes, the dark souls of shooters. Remnant 2 shares similarities to the first, with better gunplay, many bosses, and perfectly balanced difficulty. I enjoyed this one very much, I'd say it's equal to, if not better than the first game in the remnant series.

Co-op GOTY? Quite possibly. Definitely for fans of a challenge although there are four difficulty options. Also a fun single player. Great replay value.

I want to premise this review by saying I haven't finished the game's story. I haven't finished it because being motivated to play it has been challenging. I unfortunately have to say that Remnant 2 overall feels worse than the first game. Don't get me wrong, it's better in many ways, but it stumbles on what's most critical for this genre, bosses and enemies. The zones you travel through struggle to feel diverse, particularly on one of the planets, Losomn. You'll find yourself encouraging all enemy types for that planet by the first boss. The enemies themselves don't feel like a challenge, even on Nightmare. And many bosses don't require the mechanics or phases found throughout the first game.
In fairness, there are many positives. The shooting feels much smoother, the game runs faster with a 60 FPS option, and the loading is quick. The mods are creative and much stronger, and the archetype system feels awesome. Everything is there for this game to be great, yet it stumbles. If you're a fan of the first game, it feels like Remnant 2 needs a Swamps of Corsus update. Something to add more enemies, tile sets, and bosses. If you liked Remnant, I would give Remnant 2 a chance, but only when this game goes on sale. It has a lot of positives, the archetypes, the mods, the weapons. But that's not enough to deal with the disappointing enemies and bosses.

Remnant 2 is an addicting souls-like game similar to the Dark Souls, Bloodborne, & Elden Ring genre except with guns. The gameplay is smooth with tight controls & can be challenging at times. I highly recommend Remnant 2!!

This game is awesome. It's a loot shooter that has different difficulties, you can make this game as difficult as demon souls or you can make this game easy. This is a next generation video game so the graphics look absolutely fantastic on a 4K Sony tv, and the co-op allows your friends to jump in and out of your gameplay whenever you want. You should definitely add this game to your collection.

Simply amazing if you can get into it. The aim of the game is simply replaying it over and over seeing the new branching storylines and finding the hidden loot to create fun builds. It's like the multiverse, but not emphasized. Instead you play through different versions of procedurally generated worlds with 1 of 2/3 sub plots created for 4 different worlds. There is an overarching story that ties everything together, but each world is given multiple storylines to play out in that specific world. And they are honestly all amazing. As far as gameplay, this game somehow created fun third person shooting along with simplistic, but very fun melee combat. The controller feedback for this game is amazing. The sound design. The art design. As someone who mildly enjoyed the first game and didn't do multiple playthroughs, this game hooked me as everything is better explained. Menus improved. Everything was improved.

Fun budget online co-op TPS, great gameplay and interesting worlds. Graphics are ok, not that great. Runs well and plays well. My only issue is that it could have had more worlds and something more visually impressive and light as opposed to the dark post-apocalyptic feel of most levels.

This game isn’t the best, but it isn’t the worst. It almost feels like it’s a combination of a dark souls meets dead space. It’s all right, but I don’t see myself ever going back to it.

This a great Game, the only issue i have is there is no setting to invert the view, not an issue for most, but for me its a problem. If it weren't for this i would have given 5 stars.

Game of the year for a AA. One of the most addicting games this year. So many secrets, gameplay is great, coop is fun. Better then the first in every way
