    I was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased this item as a gift for my mother only to be told by two of your installers that it was not a good one and they didn't want to install it.

    Geek squad unable to install a car alarm. They also blew out my headlight switch. Had to return a total of 8 times in order for them to relate the headlight switch

    Did not install properly , alarm malfunctioned and car alarm was going off for days had to disconnect battery until the scheduled day to remove alarm ,

    Not very happy with the service! Had to go back 2 times after installation and still never got the item installed properly.

    Was sold wrong item at Ridgmar store.

    Installation techs at Weatherford store recognized that the Ridgmar store had sold us incorrect product.

    Remote start question

    Once my remote start installed, it is so difficult to reach a tech to answer a few questions, such as “ Can I upgrade my remote to a mobile app?” I guess I have to go there and asked in person!

    install was fine. problem is for the smartstart system it cost an additional $100 per yr or $300 3 yrs. now 4+ yrs later need a new module to upgrage to 5g network and have to pay for installation again. i would skip this system altogether not cost effective
