After getting to my appointment with everything my installer told me what I need and returned all the items purchased and sold me what I need for my car installed it works perfect

Its working as expected, and I sure do love it. Professional work with the guy that did my installation he explained everything to me and also showed me how to use my remote starter.

The agent installed my remote started and explained all the details to me, and made sure I understood how to operate it. Very satisfied with the service that I received.

The technician lacked customer service skills but I will say it was more that he is was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. Best Buy needs more technicians.

The alarm is awesome ! Not to sensitive. It's way better than a "factory alarm system" ! Also better than previous alarm systems I have had in the past. An airplane flying over would set those off.

It's hard to hand your car over to just anyone. The young man went over everything with me and my husband. The benefits and let me know they can do it. So far it has been good!
