The only problem I’m experiencing is that my unlock button often needs me to be very close and pointed directly at the receiver. I haven’t yet tried changing the battery to see if that will resolve the issue. Other than that, it operates exactly as I had hoped. The sales person and installation technician were very knowlegable and up front about the benefits and limitations of this product. I felt well informed. There were no surprises, except one pleasant one: the car now auto locks once the engine is on and auto unlocks once it’s turned off. It didn’t do that before. Maybe the only other thing I might wish for is that the volume be reduced. I don’t like it being so loud when I arm the system. And the manual doesn’t come with installation instructions, nor could I find anything online about how to reduce the volume.

My wife wanted a remote start for her Toyota but wanted me to have a remote. All was purchased and installed at Best Buy and we are thrilled. Works like a charm.

I bought these after my truck was stolen and the keys were lost after it was recovered. I had an older Viper alarm system, but these FOBS work great with it. Thanks to the Best Buy tech for figuring out these worked, you saved me like $600!

The original unit was lost and I did not think there was a replacement but the guy at best buy fixed me up and done in 15 minutes!

What button is the Valet button? I have tried the programming directions with no success! If the orange star at the bottom is the Valet button; then, it will not program the remote per the instruction sheet. I would like to set up an appointment to have your auto installer set up my remote and explain why I can't get the remote to program!

I bought this at a best buy 30 miles from where I live, technician was nice enough to program it to my car starter(it was a replacement remote), saving me from having to drive back on another day. I really appreciated that act of kindness. he was at the concord NH store.
