    I have been concerned for several months now because drivers are so crazy near my home. I have several close calls because of irate drivers. I finally purchased one and my grandson installed it. I am very excited but I am still figuring out what else I have to do.

    Excellent experience purchasing my Rexing as well as installation by Best Buy. I had to contact Rexing to get further instructions on how to operate it and Rexing was unbelieveable! Love this dashcam!

    I would give ZERO stars if I could. I didn’t realize when purchasing this camera that it did not have a rear camera, that is my fault I know. However, I tried to return it so I could purchase a different one, but they would not allow me because it had been twenty days since my purchase and they only allow 14 days unless you purchase their $50 a year membership plan. I went to the Monroe, LA store and the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come explain the policy to me. And then I called customer service to discuss it and he was very rude and condescending. The item had never been opened, still had the seal on it unbroken. I will no longer shop at Best Buy. I know that won’t hurt their business at all but I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
