The cabin video was good as expected and the sound quality was good. And it was super user friendly and easy to set up but I returned it because of the front camera.

Posted .I am sorry to hear this. Since the front camera records in 4K, you need a media player that can play 4K. We recommend using VLC player to play the footage back perfectly.

Please note that the WIFI does not need to be enabled in order for you to have the dashcam operate. The WIFI is purely for the convenience of controlling and downloading videos without the need to connect the system to a computer. As the dashcam uses WIFI, phones can have a difficult time juggling both the dashcam's WIFI and CarPlay/Android Auto due to the simple fact that phones only support one WIFI network at a time. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

The only gripe that I have is that it has a split screen and not a larger main screen and a small little box for the inside cabin, but that’s more of a preference thing.
