Bad investment unless you like strobe lights.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I figured when I spent this much on a floodlight cam that it would last longer than 18 months. 6 months out of warranty period and one of the LED flood lights is strobing like I'm hosting a rave on my driveway. Called customer support and they wont do anything but give me a 35% discount on my next ring purchase... I've looked around online to find out that this seems to be a pretty common occurrence with these cameras, absolutely terrible! The abilities of the cam are great, the app is excellent, the hardware lifespan however, leaves much to be desired.

Overpriced and not reliable

The app is extremely slow so if you do get motion alerts while you aren’t at home the chances are the motion that it alerted will already be out of the video feed. Also not a fan of how you have to pay to access any recorded motion no matter how long ago it was.
