    Works great!!! The only thing is you have to adjust to the lowest sensitivity when it rains cuz you will get lots of alerts.

    Intalled this poduct and had to call Ring support, just to find out it was defective and it was an ongoing issue. Ring was very helpful and is sending out a new unit, however I now have to pay another person to take the defective unit down and install the repalcement product. Hopefully we will love it once it finally works

    I was able to install on my own. Make sure to purchase a wi-Fi extender if your Wi-Fi is not close to this location.
