Has been installed for about a month and still working out the kinks.

The video quality is garbage if you need to zoom in. The network connection even though it is close to the wifi hot spot leaves a lot to be desired. Also the app is not always snappy. They really need to rework this whole platform. If I didn't already invest in the whole system I would get rid of it.

The motion sensor only works sometimes. I would not recommend.

I bought this product in 11/2020. Per Ring the flood light portion should last “20 years.” As of 4/3/ 2022, one of the floodlights have blown. Like any other person, I figured I can replace the blown light. NEGATIVE, the lights are not replaceable. You have to buy a whole new ring floodlight,249.99. Unless you want to spend 250+ every 2 years to replace. DO NOT PURCHASE. The warranty is only good for 1 year, geek squad can run a diagnostic but if it can’t be fixed and has to be replaced you are charged 250 for the replacement. I am now searching for a floodlight+camera that has replacement bulbs.

It’s ok for a monitoring device. I’m sure it will be updated and improving

Worked really well at first. Been up less than year and no longer works. And I have a door bell one and it works great. If it gets replaced I’d recommend it if not it’s too much money for such a short time.

Did not keep this product since it had to be installed and hardwired.

As long as you have good internet this is a good device to have.

Easy to install and has nice alarm tones. But sometimes missed motion

How does a company like Amazon, which owns Ring, fail to add important features? One of the most important features needed on a motion detecting floodlight cam, is DUSK TO DAWN. Why would I need or want my light coming on during daylight? To waste my electricity?

I’ve owned this product for a little over 2 years now. I’ve paid the monthly fee ($3) to keep the recordings active and archivable. Out of the blue, the lights started to strobe. I’ve called customer support multiple times and ran through all of their trouble shooting. No fix. I’ve searched online and have found HUNDREDS of others who have had the same problem when it goes out of warranty and all of us have been told we have to buy a new device. This is insanity if you know your product had a defect. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

have had this for 2 years and now all of a sudden it refuses to connect to my WIFI, which has not changed. Have had our cable company out several times checking and we have WIFI to the camera but something is wrong with the camera itself!! When we first got it had to buy a new router because they said it needed a stronger signal, which we did. Now..boom!! it refuses to connect. Told us we needed a booster, well, am I suppose to put it out in the middle of my drive because we can not get the router any closer then it is now!! Not a happy camper!! going to look for other options if they can't fix it and of course it is out of warranty!!!

The video can be really good but when you try and speak with someone, good luck. It doesn't work like they advertise .

It's okay does job we purchased it for. Would recommend.

Returned lite to store with ring doorbell geek squad was no help

Good cameras, but wish the video quality was better. Upgraded my WiFi system to a mesh system and get great device health connection but video still not great. Misleading video quality advertised.
