Good product -rude staff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is a good as can be expected for what you pay and wi-fi..... overall satisfied with the product. the Store however would get a -5 make sure you see that is a negative 5 rating. Rude and unresponsive to curb side pick up. Ended up going into the store and when addressing the lack of response to curb side pick up was responded to with even more rude attitude. For me regardless of location this has been my experience with most staff at Best Buy, But I needed the product and they had it on had.
