It sounds like the audio and video quality of your device were not as expected.
We recommend checking the following to narrow down the cause of poor audio and video quality:
Check for low upload speeds. To determine whether or not the poor video or audio quality is caused by low upload speed, run a speed test from your PC or mobile device while connected to the same wifi access point to determine if your network can support Ring devices.
Check for poor signal strength. A poor wifi signal can make connectivity with your Ring device unreliable. Check the Device Health section of your Ring application to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range.

Converted the indoor cameras to ring. They work great together but the quality is nit as well as wyze on these smaller cameras. They say 1080p but they are not the best picture. If i could start over i would chnage the whole system.
