RoboCop Trilogy Collection is a great memorial set to buy. It now brings back memories from years ago when RoboCop first came out. Nice to see them again!

Great set with all 3 movies. Since Best Buy announced that they will stop selling DVDs I had to add it to my collection.

I love this movie series I remember back to the old days where I would record these on a VHS and watch it over and over and now I have it on Blu-ray which is awesome totally recommend getting this set movies look a heck of a lot better

I was happy to finally have all three original Robocop movies on Blu-ray and in a nice compact form. Yep, don't let the size of the case fool you, a lot of Blu-rays are going this route, which is fine by me. The first two movies are certainly not as "friendly" like the 2014 remake, they are very graphic and violent, so not exactly kid's movies. If you enjoyed Deadpool, you probably would enjoy these (since he even makes a reference to Robocop in the movie [no spoilers]). Robocop tells the story of Frank Murphy, a transfer who has come to Detroit Metro West PD. He and his partner, Ann Lewis track down the thugs of a recent bank robbery and the main antagonist, Clarence Bodikker (Kurtwood Larson Smith, also Red Forman in 'That 70's Show'). After being gunned down, OCP begins working on rebuilding Murphy into Robocop. Soon, Robocop begins his struggle with who he is, what he is and what has happened to him and his old life. Robocop 2 picks up nearly where the first one leaves off, Detroit police are now on strike due to salary and pension cuts as OCP goes forward with plans to take the city private and build Delta City. The new antagonist, a drug lord named Cain has been pushing a drug called Nuke. After a failed attempt at a second Robocop project, Cain is soon chosen to become the new law enforcement cyborg with Nuke being his Achilles's heel to make him obey. From there, Cain figures out how to break free of control resulting in a massive fight between him and Robocop. Robocop 3 centers around a continuing story (no specific time frame, maybe only months) of OCP going forward with plans to demolish Old Detroit and build Delta City with the help of hired mercs nicknamed Rehabs. Soon Robocop must choose between helping people who are being forced into the streets or his programming that prevents him from helping because the mercs are hired by OCP. Robocop 3 errs on the side of "marketable" with much less violence and gratuitous bloodshed. It also features some humor that seems out of place for this franchise (think Terminator: Rise of the Machines) and does not have Peter Weller returning to fill the role. It's not really terrible, but it just doesn't have the same feeling as the first two. All in all, a nice find and definitely worth the money to have them all in one neat and tidy set!

I’m a fan of Robocop the original amazes love it..

I had watched the first Robocop since I was like 4yrs and it is a amazing movie. I also enjoy Robocop and 2 and 3 but the first got tattooed in my mind. I own the dvd collection and it's great but in Blu Ray, it's amazing. I bought in August 10, and I had already watched Robocop 5 times. Spoilers The first one is a great movie the first appearance of Robocop always gives goosebumps (trust me). The 2nd is great too since it show how crime never stops and netiher Robocop. The 3rd is considered the worst one to many people because of Ninja, but that is called a Sci fiction movie, in my case I really enjoyed. I would recommend this collection to a another Robocop fan. If you came to browse the 2014 Robocop and found this by chance, try it. The story is more interesting.

The initial release of the original ROBOCOP on blu was great & cheap! So to bump up the price for a new remaster is kind of o.k. if it were just for the new 4K (highly deserved) edition. But, since you get the sequels of descending quality to boot, it's certainly worth an upgrade. And for collector/librarians such as myself, it's always nice to consolidate several titles into one small box on the shelf. ROBOCOP 2 is a lot of fun. Part 3, directed by cult fave Fred Dekker (NIGHT OF THE CREEPS, MONSTER SQUAD) is more of a curiosity piece concerning what happens when a visionary director is offered a paying Hollywood job instead of good money for his own projects. Catch this one on sale and you're made in the shade!

A great blu-ray set for fans of the RoboCop franchise. This set includes the 4K remastered RoboCop 1, which looks amazing. Both the second and third films also look great. As for bonus features, the first film has MOST of the bonus features from the 20th Anniversary set ported over, I think it's missing a photo gallery from that release, the disc also includes one new bonus which is a Q&A with the cast and crew. RC 2 and 3 are bare bones. I definitely recommend this set.

I really enjoyed the first 2 films, didn't even bother watching third film again, its garbage. The ultra violence is here in all its glory! Peter Weller being blown apart is very graphic. I needed to see a real Robocop movie after that atrocity remake. PG13! Who makes a PG13 Robocop? Anyway the sound and video look great. Grab the collection if you can its a great time.

i've loved these films for years it's great to have them on br. nothing compares to the old 80's action flicks. they weren't the best ever but they weren't bad either. i don't know why but films from the 80's were just different most of them i could & have watched dozens of times over the years. most movies now get boring after a few watches but robocop is still fun to watch even 30 yrs later.

Would love this movie in 4k but Bluray is the next best thing. And why not have the 2 sequels included while you're at it? This movie is SO good and they just don't make 'em like this anymore. Yeah it's got cheesy effects now and then, but that's a product of its time. Buy it or not...."your move, creep"

If you were waiting to buy the original Robocop movies, then wait no longer. While not true 4K on disc, they were remastered in 4K then downconverted to 1080p and each movie is clean and sharp start to finish. Do not pass if you see this on sale again! Or there will be trouble.

Robocop 1 and 2, together in the same Blu-ray set. What more could you ask for? Well, how about a durable Robocop themed coaster as well?! It's printed with artwork of the never released Robocop 3 film, which died in development. It's probably best that it did, since it would've likely been horrible.

If you do not have these movies on individual Blu Rays. then you need to pick up this set. Great price for all 3 original 'remastered' RoboCop movies. Of course nothing can beat the original RoboCop, the unrated cut with added footage. Still a classic film, well acted and the effects still hold up today. Recommend to all!

After watching Robocop dozens of times, I'm always entertained. I hate Robocop's nemesis, a two-legged robot that chases him, and enjoy when it 'dies'. Also, the corporate creep really gets his comeuppance when someone on the board cleverly delivers a line towards the end. I love it, time and again.

This was worth my money, though 3 sucks on any format it's still a worthwhile collection. I did enjoy watching part 2 again which has proven impossible to find separate from the box set as people hoarded best buy's version of the stand alone version of each film and sold for a higher mark up.

Excellent sci-fi movie, for those that grew up watching robot cop the first movie. Full of action great story line and excellent especial effects ahead of time. Recommend 100% for mature audience.

All 3 Robocop's in a Trilogy Collection does it get any better for the price being asked. Best Buy delivered fast and in excellent condition.

"Dead or alive you're coming with me" I have three copies of all three movies on DVD, Bluray, and remastered Bluyray and so far this is the best remastered I've seen and cheaper too. Buy it and enjoy a day of Robocop.
