I've been using the Roborock Wet and Dry Vacuum for a while now, and I'm genuinely impressed. It's powerful, easy to use, and makes cleaning feel effortless. The suction is strong, the mopping features leaves my floor spotless, and I love how smoothly it moves around furniture. The self-cleaning feature is a huge bonus - it keeps the machine fresh without any hassle. It also dries quickly and doesn't leave streaks, which is something I struggled with in the past vacuums.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Roborock I purchased a Roborock wet vac on June 19, 2025, for $282, and it completely malfunctioned and stopped working by October 4, 2025. That’s just 104 days of use before it died. The unit began spewing cleaner everywhere and making an extremely high-pitched screeching noise, like the motor was about to explode. I contacted Roborock directly, sent them proof and videos, and was told I’d need to ship the vacuum to one of their repair centers (possibly overseas). They expect customers to find and pay for their own packaging/shipping for a clearly defective product, and offer no clear timeline for when or if the unit will be returned. When I asked for a temporary replacement, they refused. So at this point, I’m out nearly $300, with no working vacuum, and only a vague promise that “they’ll try to fix it.” For a brand with such glowing reviews, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. Bottom line: Roborock’s warranty process is slow, unhelpful, and leaves customers footing the bill for their own defective products. If you’re considering buying from this company — don’t. Save your money and your sanity. Roborock = Overpriced, unreliable, and zero customer care.
