The device does exactly what you think it would do. The connectors in the back are a little subpar and the device is bigger than it needs to be, but all in all it accomplishes the task. You definitely would want to buy one of these online for roughly half the price unless, like me, you were in a pinch and needed it that day.

This channel selector is easy to use and small enough to fade in the background. Allows me to direct my music to a variety of zones in the house and outside.

I was very unhappy that I had to buy this to make my system work because it worked before I added a new receiver but now that I added this box and $110 service call from BBY to make it work, everything is beautiful again.. I have music thoughout my entire home..

My older stereo had a/b/c switches for my outdoor speaker setup. When I upgraded head units, I lost that feature. This is exactly the unit I needed to ensure my neighbors did not hear my music at 1:00am.

I been using it for the speakers in the garage and for the ones in the garden. It is great, now i don't have to listen to the music thru the walls. I just choose what section i want.

I purchased two Jamo outdoor speakers which had a line in for the woofer, and a line in for the tweeters. Therefore, instead of bridging my speakers down to 4 ohms, I decided to add this speaker selector in place and resolved all issues. I am very impressed with the sound quality produced from this unit.

I use the to control my 4 outdoor speakers I set 1 speaker per ch on this selector. Now I can control each speaker separately depending on where I am in the yard ie (the deck, basket ball court, or the fire pit). I don't have to bother my neighbors with having all me speakers on if not in that area.

Helps if you have speakers in your house..little pricey but good
