||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Contractors for Best Buy were unable to correctly mount TV, left holes in the wall from their drilling without prior stud finder use; didn’t remove old cords in wall; pocketed all unused parts, English instruction manual, the included hex wrench and refused to haul away replaced tvs without charge despite Silver Elite status. Were they planning to picket the requested fees? Matt was loud and argumentative on upon his return and job still not completed! Please do not ever use these contractors again!
