Don't waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst mount ever. If your studs are not exactly 16' centers you are in trouble. I had to drill new mount holes in order to center over my fireplace. Then attaching tv to mount is a real bear. After all that the weight of my 65 inch causes the tv to sit crocked. The price is CRAZY HIGH. Have bought 7 others on line (different brand) for like $60. They were much better. I just didn't want to wait 2 days so I bought this one. HUGE MISTAKE.

I received a torn up double boxed mess of loose pieces, that appeared to be an open box return. Pieces were missing, no installation manual, what a mess. I returned the item to my local Best Buy store and they gladly refunded my money. Even they couldn't believe the product was shipped to me in this condition!

Issue is where the arm attaches to the TV mounts. It just kinda sits on an angled pivot; really feels like it's going to fall off when installing it. It doesn't even seat good - It wobbles side to side. It works great for the application, just that part is ridiculous. Impossible to get it level on that pivot.
