Does it's job well

I got this mount during the Black Friday sale, for $99. Geek Squad came out and installed it, and mounted my 65'' OLED TV to it. I've had no complaints. It pulls out a decent length and can swivel to the point where the TV cord is the obstacle. My TV doesn't feel unstable on it. Would recommend, although maybe wait on a sale like I did. $200 seems kind of steep.

I love this TV mount I’ve had with me for three moves now I’m very happy that I decided to go with a full motion one. I always have it at the location and angle that is perfect for me.

Great Mount but Missing Parts for Concrete Install
Posted .

Great looking and functional mount. Easy to install and has great adjust-ability. One major issue is that it comes with everything you need but the concrete anchors, and the ones Rocketfish recommends are from the UK and you can't find anything like them at Home Depot or elsewhere.. To add these 4 parts would cost less than $1. The Sanus mounts I purchased included the concrete anchors. Rocketfish needs to add these to the package.

easy to assemble and has help up well

Easy to assemble with clear instructions. I was able to mount a Samsung 51" plasma flat screen (48lbs) with no help, however I would recommend two people for mounting. I went with this mount to allow for use of the TV in a corner. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the tilt knob. Even when tightened all the way the TV seems to sag a little. Has been installed and used for over a week with no issues.

Wobbly and Mediocre at best

If you like a mount that makes you nervous that your TV will fall at any given moment, then this one is for you.
I don't trust myself to do this type of work so I hired a professional to install this. He had to drill more holes into the frame since this one only comes with 4 equally spaced cut-outs that do not take different stud spacing into account. Also, he mentioned that it was weird that the articulating surface from the swing arm to the tv bracket was just a skinny bar. With both screws tightened, it still wobbles, as would be expected for something that is 65 inches wide balancing on something that is less than 2in wide.
Also the arm is supposed to slide across the wall bracket if you want to re-position the TV but it's very hard to do with the TV on the bracket.
Now that my 65in Sony X850E is on the wall, I regret buying this mount. it is very wobbly. If you brush against the TV, it wobbles. Every time i extend the arm, the TV is off balance. It is so obvious that the TV is tilting to whichever side the TV is facing. What's the point of a full motion mount if the TV is going to tilt every time you move it? This mount is specified for up to 75in TV up to 100lbs. My TV weighs 48lbs. This shouldn't happen.
For me, having a full motion mount is important because my couch is a considerable distance from my TV so when i'm playing video games, I want to move the TV closer, or when I'm in the kitchen baking, I want to swing the TV in that direction.
Pro: The arm extends a nice length and also it gets pretty flat against the wall with enough room for the TV to breathe and to still look decent. Con: i feel uncomfortable extending the TV on the arm because of the wobbliness and tilting.
l bought this last year on black friday because it has amazing reviews and was priced half off so i paid $100 for it. I had intended on getting a Sanus or Peerless since those seem to be great and I had a Peerless in my office as well, so I was familiar with the great quality. I wish I had stuck with the Peerless. I've even seen people with full motion mounts from Amazon that cost $50 that are more sturdy than this one.
I hate giving bad reviews but overall, I don't think this mount is worth the $100 I paid for it so I don't recommend buying it at $200.

Easy to install but There are some issues

I purchased the TV mount along with my Samsung 65 inch TV. The install was fairly easy and I used to level to make sure that everything was lined up just right. The big issue is that if you extend the arm the TV is crooked if you push it back to the wall The TV is straight. I called rocket fish support and after about 510 minutes they suggested another TV mount. It turns out Sanus makes the Rocketfish mounts. They suggest The amount that I considered in the beginning but it was out of stock when I was at the store. This mount is OK however if you extend the arm it will be crooked it could be a defect or could be just a design flaw.

Rocketfish TV Mount

My Father-in-Law and I had this mount up in no time. It holds a TCL 75" (75C803 Model) and makes it very easy to re-position the TV...not quite just by finger touch. It takes a little bit to move it into position and I'm ok with that. The mount is very sturdy and holds this 70lb TV with ease. This also did not show as fitting my VESA mounting pattern of 600x300 which is an odd size, but I can assure you it did with nothing but what came in the box. Great mount!

Eh - worth $100

I just finished installing my 55" TCL TV. Bought them as a pair at Best Buy and was told this would fit the 55" TCL.
Some problems:
1)The spec on the 55" TCL Roku is 4 M6x16 screws to hold the crossbars - this omes with M6x12 screws. Not sure how much it matters, but for a heavy TV it seems like a few extra threads would be useful.
2) In hand tightening the cross beams one thread stripped.
3) My biggest complaint which many other alluded to - it is difficult to level this thing. There is something about the bottom set screw where if you tighten too much it comes out of level. I can imagine I will be eye adjusting this to be level every time I watch.
4) When I extend this all the way out it does seem flimsy - and more difficult to hod the TV level.
For $100 this would be OK. I paid $149. Knowing what I know now I would not buy this product again.

I used this to mount a 43" LG to the wall. The mount fastened to the wall studs easily. There was enough adjustments to fit the mount on my old 1954 living room wall.
The TV feels solidly mounted to the wall now, and the articulating is great for various viewing angles.
My only complaint is the price.

Decent mount, could be better

As a Geek Squad Installer for Best Buy we have just recently used this mount. It is not as versatile as previous Rocketfish Mounts which was a little disappointing.
The mount only has two slots on top and bottom to accomodate the lag bolts. Typically, most mounts have several slots in case the studs are not 16 inches apart or you need to offset the wall bracket for any number of reasons. Considering this is a full motion mount that will be used in corners, only having the two slots at a standard distance, with little room to adjust the placement of your TV, can cause an issue and a possible return.
If TV placement doesn't have to be specific this is a really good mount. It is very sturdy, the motion is smooth, and the arm is generously long. If TV placement needs to be specific you might be better off going with a Sanus or an alternate Rocketfish mount.

Great product. I ordered this to mount a 65” television years ago and it is still performing exactly as I expected.
