This is great for off camera flash to get better shots. Not super long but works well for what I use it for.

For ten bucks including shipping this cord is an unbeatable value. Its coiled cord extends about 10 feet, several times longer than the Canon cord at about one eighth of the price. It's a "no-brainer", even were it not to prove long-term durable.

Works as advertised as far as getting your flash off the camera and maintaining the TTL functionality. Specs say it will extend 9' but if you have your speedlite on a stand make sure it is properly secured because once you pull the cord more than about 3' it will pull over your stand/speedlite.
