The instructions are simple and easy to follow. A few tools are required that most homes will have: drill, Phillips screwdriver measuring tape and a level. One thing that not all people may have is a stud finder that will make it much easier. The TV is held securely and is relatively simple to take down if needed.

It holds really well and comes with multiple options so it should fit most TVs without sticking out too far from the wall. No need to get a more expensive one this one is gold!

If mounted properly there are no issues holding the weight at all. Good build quality. Works with just about any TV

Stand extends TV nicely away from stairs & tilts TV to avoid glare. Most important - it's safe & steady & out of the way when folks are using the stairs. Especially GREAT BUY since we waited & got it on sale ($150 instead of usual $199) both times
