Good product - beware of open boxes!

One box had been opened and the salesman gave me a discounted price but he also assured me everything was in working order. That rack had a broken connector of some type so the Geek Squad guys could not mount my TV. I returned the item to the store and had no problem exchanging it for a complete item. Once the second rack was installed, I had no further issues.

Its also very sturdy I feel comfortable mounting my Samsung 4K 50" TV on it no problem!

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because there is no middle hole. In my application the studd was in the middle. I had to drill the 2 whole which was no big deal.
