This one does not and came with a bunch of pieces to assemble but once I got it up it’s worked fine. I love that I can tilt the tv to fit whatever angle it’s being viewed from.

Pretty straight forward to install and mount. Doesn’t have many features for the price but not expecting much from a lower price tiered mount.

This was used by Geek Squad to install our new 60' Sharp TV. First one was used in our bedroom with a 32" TV. I had our handy man install with no problems. Like the tilling feature and the ability to move a couple of inches left or right.
