I ended up filling down two of the washers to make the mount fit the TV. Considering I thought the mount was designed for the TV I thought that was a ridiculous amount of extra work to do.

Love the tilt that allows easy access behind the large flatscreen TV. I cannot comment on ease of installation because Geek Squad did installation. All I can say it took them little or no time.
