I will recommend this item for anybody wanting to install their tv on the wall and if I need to mount more televisions, this would be the one I'll buy again.

I felt that it would keep my new 55" flat screen on the wall and it has. I needed one that could be tilted so it was easier to watch. It did the job

Safe and secure wall mount

I was skeptical about wall mounts prior to purchasing this one. It is very secure and sturdy in regards to being on the wall itself and holding my large tv in the air. The tilt feature is great because I had to mount it kind of high due to a light switch on the same wall. Keeps the TV pretty close to the wall which is great because it is mounted on the same wall that leads to my kitchen and bedroom. Highly recommended for smaller apartments with larger televisions.

Also the newer ones have a tilt adjustment to level. It does hang very close to the wall, which is good except you may have to plug a power strip into the outlet and hang it higher on the wall to accommodate any additional items you need to power

If you get this one, I would recommend getting 45 degree angled cord ends to avoid this issue.
