Customers find value in the Xbox One Wired Controller's functionality. However, a significant drawback reported by customers is the lack of a headphone jack, making it impossible to use headphones with the controller. Several users expressed frustration over this omission, highlighting the need for clearer product descriptions. This absence of audio output is a key concern for many.

This controller is really nice and is great if you are a gamer that doesn't chat with friends online. I failed to notice that this controller has no port for the Xbox one headset. I would love this controller if it had the headset compatibility. I was very upset that it didn't.
