Their other audio products have been solid. But this wireless sounfbar has very flat audio. Even when I paired it wirh their small subwoofer (which is quite good) , the overall sound only improved a little bit

For optimum sound performance, ensuring you have proper placement is key. Be sure that the front edge of your new soundbar is flush with the front edge of the shelf it’s placed on. You'll also want to avoid placing it inside a closed space like a cabinet or TV stand.
As an additional tip, you can fine-tune your listening experience by adjusting settings like sound modes, speech clarity, and volume modes. This should help to tailor the audio settings to your liking.
