What I was most impressed with were the delivery guys. Pleasant, quick & efficient. The old tv I was getting rid of was extremely heavy. Young guy picked it up, carried it down a flight of 17 steps without 1 negative comment. His coworker asked if it was heavy. His response was ‘Ya, it’s heavy!’ I was so impressed with them.

As a quick tip, you can adjust your Roku TV settings for better picture quality by pressing the * button on your remote, selecting Picture Settings, and making the desired adjustments.
