Bad choice. TV freezes often, remote sluggish

I usually do not return purchases, but i had to return this TV. The problem appers to be the TVs internal network connection. The included Roku remote button reponse lag is very annoying. The streaming is constantly buffering and the display freezes often. I tried attaching a separate Roku streaming stick, and it worked fine, so it’s not my network.

I haven’t had this tv a month before it started freezing and turning itself off. I was really looking forward to this Roku tv because of their other services but I will look into replacing this one.

Would work for 2 days, then had to be rebooted to see the show . This happened twice before i returned it.

Our TV has an exceptional picture, and my deaf friend loves the size and color of the closed captioning! Her only drawback is that she has to go through all the necessary steps for captioning every single time she turns the TV back on. Other than that, she's extremely happy with it!
