I bought the 43" Roku Model 2023. It was a great TV until it wasn't. Lasted 24 months and the screen went black. I was told that repair is not worth it and I should buy another as the cost of a new one would be the same. I did not purchase the warranty. I love the tv and I will purchase the same but with a 5 yr warranty. I am not sure how long the life of a TV should be but if it will last 5 yrs this time I will be happy. Just bought a 2025 Roku 43"

Piece of junk stopped workin g after 3 months and Bedt Buy is such a crap retailer they only provide returns after 1 month. This is one long time customer who will never patronize these cheap clowns again.

I have had nothing but problems with the remote came with TV.Trouble shoot everything that can be done,works until you shut off TV then next time same problems.Batteries are fine but remote will not do anything.Will not turn volume up/down,TV on/off,select channels ect.I have to use ROKU APP on my cell to work everything.

55" TV turns on by itself after about 15 min of being off.
I have had for not quite 3 months. New issue. Best buy told me to call manufacturer. AGAIN, this is a NEW TV! Manufacturer tried to fix and could not. I have bought from BEST BUY for maybe 30 years... No plans to purchase from them again. I bought 2 tvs in the last 3 months from them. Trying now to take last one back.

Tv wont work while gaming due to constant screen freeze you have to do factory reset if want to keep this tv going
