Lasted 24 months and the screen went black. I was told that repair is not worth it and I should buy another as the cost of a new one would be the same. I did not purchase the warranty. I love the tv and I will purchase the same but with a 5 yr warranty. I am not sure how long the life of a TV should be but if it will last 5 yrs this time I will be happy. Just bought a 2025 Roku 43"

TV turns itself on. They sent me to manufacturer

New issue. Best buy told me to call manufacturer. AGAIN, this is a NEW TV! Manufacturer tried to fix and could not. I have bought from BEST BUY for maybe 30 years... No plans to purchase from them again. I bought 2 tvs in the last 3 months from them. Trying now to take last one back.
