Excellent TV for Gaming - Highly Recommended! I recently purchased the Roku 55" Class Pro Series 4K QLED Mini-LED Smart RokuTV (2025) and am incredibly impressed, especially with the gaming options! As someone who games frequently, the features on this TV have made a huge difference in my experience. My Experience with the Gaming Features Super Responsive Gameplay: The low input lag on this TV is fantastic. Games feel incredibly responsive, which is crucial for fast-paced action and competitive titles. The TV even switches to a low-latency mode automatically when a console is turned on, so there is no extra setup required. Smooth Visuals: The native 120Hz refresh rate is a game-changer. Motion is smooth, and with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, I haven't noticed any screen tearing, even in the most demanding games. Great Picture Quality for Games: The QLED and Mini-LED display provide vibrant colors and deep blacks, making HDR games look absolutely stunning and impactful. Everything from bright, colorful landscapes to dark shadow details is rendered beautifully. Next-Gen Ready: With two HDMI 2.1 ports that support 4K @ 120Hz, I know I'm getting the most out of my modern gaming consoles. Sound and Usability: The sound quality from the built-in speakers is surprisingly good, so a soundbar isn't immediately necessary, a great bonus. The Roku interface itself is also very fast and easy to navigate. if you're a gamer who loves the Roku platform, this TV is a tremendous value and a fantastic performer. Highly recommended!

I'm VERY disappointed that the Best Buy rep who helped me place my order over the phone lied to me. He told me not to sign up for "assembly" (like putting up a bracket on the wall & such) but he said they would deliver & take the TV out of the box & lift it on to my TV stand. They did no such thing & the delivery guy was right in front of me yelling that no he has other deliveries to get to & left it on my floor. I do wish I bought it somewhere else, VERY disappointing. Now the good. After getting someone to help me, I got everything set up. I've used a Roku stick for years now & LOVE it. So this, was a sheer treat. I no longer need to use 2 different remotes to change settings on the TV itself. I absolutely love this TV. There are only 2 things I don't like. 1.) That I cannot program the shortcut buttons - I do not use apple TV nor Disney & they're stuck on there needlessly. 2.) To make THIS nice of a TV & not have it be a matte screen seems INSANE to me. But, I re-arranged the lighting inside & the angle of the TV so that's not a deal breaker. I had quite a checklist of what I did want & did NOT. This was the ONLY TV that had most everything I wanted. The sound is the best I've ever heard on a TV. Next year I may opt to add a surround sound though. The picture quality leaves me understanding that I've been ignorant my whole life, not knowing that my regular TV's that were just fine.... were NOT that fine. THIS is truly the best picture quality I've owned on a TV. I've been shopping for a good TV now for months. My friend has a Samsung, she described all the bloatware/ad's & how it drives her crazy and she hates the remote. I did NOT want to HAVE to sign in to google to use my TV either. Or Amazon. I LOVE how many free channels/apps & things to watch that are included on this platform. The remote is amazing, when I go to pick it up, as soon as I touch it, the backlight comes on & OMG you can plug it in to recharge it, no more batteries!! Amaaaazing eh? Yesss it is. The simplicity in everything you need to do is wonderful. I even plugged in a USB drive in the back, filled with files & can listen to & watch. This is hands down, the best TV I've ever owned & I pray it has a long life. What a great black Friday price at $599 too. To test the visuals & sound, I re-watched The Sound Of Music & what a wonderful experience. I'm SO glad I got this instead of a Sony, Samsung, LG or anything else. My only sour feeling on the purchase was how Best Buy lied to me.

Nothing is truly perfect, but for the money, I think this is about as close as you can get. We upgraded from an older TCL Roku TV. I had some reservations because that older one is so sluggish in the menus and apps tend to crash after a while on it. The picture on that one was okay and the sound was ... well it at least had sound. But I had some real hope when I found out that Roku is now making their own TVs. Then I saw that a new version was just about to come out. Looking at the previous gen reviews, the Pro line seemed really promising, so without any reviews available I ordered this one. It has totally met and exceeded my expectations. The picture is sharp and clear, with excellent colors and deep blacks. I've never had a TV that was this good. There might be others that are slightly better on some scale, but for a basic consumer like me and my wife, this is incredible. We did adjust some settings from the "auto" options that it comes with turned on for brightness, sound, and picture type. Luckily, that's all very easy to do using the * button on the remote. I recommend exploring the settings and finding what works best for you. The sound out of the TV is quite good, but the bass does struggle sometimes. But it is good enough that we haven't bothered to get a soundbar or anything else to address it yet. We were considering getting a sound bar for the old TV, but now I think we will just wait as we're so happy with the picture and sound from the TV at the moment. As for the UI, it's very fast and snappy. The smart remote with audio controls is great. I like the lightup buttons and we love being able to just yell out "hey roku find remote" to get the remote to start pinging its location. You just need to periodically charge it up with USB-C. The roku software is pretty good at being able to handle just asking it to search for something from the home screen and showing you the services where you can find what you wanted. Then another command and you can have it go right to that item in the app. It's all very snappy and we love the Roku UI. I also love the roku app on our iphones. That's another great way to control and works quite well vs the normal remote. And it also allows you to pair your earbuds with your phone and then just listen to the audio privately. We haven't done that much, but with me working from home it allows my wife to watch shows and not worry about disturbing me or my calls with what she is watching. All in all, I think this has been a really great value for the money. We get a better TV than I've ever had, with great software, and we're getting to save on the soundbar ... unless we end up deciding that we really want that extra step up. But for now, it's great. Highly recommended!

The best affordable, quality TV I’ve ever owned. The picture definition is on another level, and the sound this TV produces has so much bass that it’s like being in a theater. I love it and will 100% recommend….

Does not fit my tv stand but I can always get a new stand other than that it’s perfect and cool

Replaced a 6-year old 55" TCL RokuTV. WOW what a difference, best TV I've ever owned, image is much brighter and crisper, and the blacks are BLACK. Response from remote input is snappy (way faster than my old TV), and the backlit remote is very nice. Only critical feedback is that it's A LOT heavier than my prior TV the same size. But it's wall mounted and the mount I have handled it no problem. Sound quality is good, a lot louder than my old TV and has a lot more bass. I wish there was a way to better tune the audio output to have less bass. But I'm just picky about audio. During set-up it made my HDMI inputs (cable box, etc.) settings. I would recommend going back and changing HDMI-mode to "auto" that worked better for my cable box.

Love Roku tvs. Upgraded my old Roku 55 inch for the 55 inch pro series. 4k looks great. Gonna rewatch all my 4k movies all over again. If you’re are gamer like myself then you’ll love this tv. Smooth gameplay. Everything looks nice and sharp. I can’t complain. The tv is amazing. Easy set up. Truly happy with this purchase. I would buy again. Highly recommend.

Motion handling is generally clean with minimal blur in fast-paced scenes. Roku OS is fast, simple, and intuitive, with access to all major streaming apps. App loading and input switching are quick and responsive. Voice Remote Pro includes backlit buttons and voice search for easier everyday use. Built-in speakers are decent for casual viewing but lack depth; a soundbar is recommended for better audio. Slim bezels and minimalist design look good on a stand or wall mount

Wow. I own both Sony XBR and LG OLEDs as my primary but had to say that I am incredibly impressed with this Roku TV all around for the cost. The picture quality is very, very good even in bright environments and the dark/blacks are also very good. Most impressive is the sound. I would legitimately hold off on a soundbar purchase until you have at least tried the built in speakers, they are incredible. Overall an amazing value/performance ratio

Great tv. Easy to set up and love the simplicity of the Roku operating system. Picture and sound are fantastic. Value for the money is well worth it!

I’m a bit if a Roku snob. We have 7 tv’s in the house and everyone is either a Roku TV or running off a Roku stick. So when my 15+ yr old plasma tv died we naturally were drawn to the newest Roku brand tv available. The 55” Pro Series is a very nice tv. Sound is very good. We didn’t need to reinstall our soundbar. If you like the Roku interface your gonna love it on this TV. My only beef is with the viewing angle. I was spoiled with my plasma TV. The picture quality rapidly degrades when you the viewing angle gets beyond 35-40 degrees. Wide angle viewing is not handled well by this TV. If you’re inside that 35-40 degree viewing angle, the picture quality is excellent. So, know where you’re going to be sitting before you buy.

We recently upgraded to this TV. The ROKU operating system is fantastic as is the remote. Love the picture and sound is very good. Unless you are a real nitpicker this TV will not disappoint.

So far so good. Was nervous about getting Roku, even though we had Roku TCLs previously, but it has a great picture, great sound, and seems quick and intuitive like our previous tv. Happy with this purchase. I feel like it is good value as well. We shall see if it outperforms the 4k TCL it replaces, but so far so good!!

Marvin and Ed went above and beyond to ensure the TV operated perfectly. They showed us all of the ins and outs of the Roku Pro TV, and were so kind and patient in ensuring that my mom fully understood the operation of this Roku Pro TV. The picture is incredible! We purchased this tv for our bedroom. We have a very nice home theater set up in our family room which provides amazing picture and sound. We were pleasantly surprised with our Roku addition. It not only provides a great picture but the sound is amazing without having to add all the home theater equipment. I can’t speak to the longevity of this unit yet but at this price point you simply can’t go wrong.

This tv was surprising. It has vibrant colors, the menu is easy to navigate and the controller is the best part about it. One con that this tv has is bass, but it’s perfect with a sounds setup to make it perfect. Def would buy another one

The picture quaility really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to be bad, but colors look great. It also has good black levels for a backlit tv. Really happy with it.

We actually replaced a LG C5 OLED with this TV because we could not stand the interface of the LG. The Roku platform is just too good to stray from. I was afraid of missing out on the OLED picture quality but this Roku Pro Series looks great.

I got this on sale for $599. I have a TCL Roku TV that has worked great for years, so I felt comfortable with this purchase. The picture is beautiful and I love the full array local dimming feature. The sound quality may be better than any other TV I’ve ever experienced. Lastly, the Roku TV interface runs really well and I love the backlit remote. Definitely worth the purchase.

I like the Roku interface, i already had Roku account so setup was easy and provides easy access to over the air antenna. Picture quality is great when view straight in but is a bit washed out if viewing from the side. Sound from internal speakers is decent.
