I believe if you can’t say something good then don’t say anything. But I feel need to know how we were treated needs to be addressed.
Very poor how things were handled. I would recommend the tv put not the Best Buy staff. We were told one thing then told another. We can not trust what sales person says and trying to get ahold of someone was a night mare when it was delivered. After 4 hours trying to get a manager at the store on the phone we were told had to go to store to talk to the manager, which is a 40 minute drive one way. Manger would not stand behind what we were told. Manager brought over sales person who had his zipper down, which the manager acknowledged when I said something after the sales person walked away. Sales person signed use up to the membership did not explain what benefits are or give any type of written information. We found out when trying to get our issue resolved that the price had gone down and we were entitled to a $200 refund that we would have missed out. FYI I also tried to find out information on bring a membership and was not able to find anything.
We will never go back to Best Buy since can not trust what sales person tells us and management basically tell me and my wife we were liers and not will to get us taken care unless we paid more.

I had a customer entertainment Center built according to the TV specs and the measurements on the description are completely wrong! It says 64.1 length however it’s 66” this has caused a huge problem for me!!!

Wanted a Roku based tv. The TCL tv we had with it was amazing, but this Roku branded one has been nothing but disappointing. Picture is nothing special, sound is awful. We had to purchase a sound bar on top of the ridiculous cost of this tv to get decent spund. Now we keep getting messages while watching programs that we are not connected to the internet. Of course when we go and check, there is nothing wrong with the internet unless the tv itself keeps dropping the connection. I wish TCL had continued to make tv’s that use Roku, but maybe they know something we didn’t. As for Roku, they need to get out of the tv manufacturing business.
