Customers appreciate the Streambar's impressive sound quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many also praise its seamless streaming capabilities and the convenience of the included Roku and remote control, which can also operate their TV. While some users wish for Bluetooth and an Ethernet port, the positive feedback on sound and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The price point is also frequently cited as a positive aspect.

Very impressive... clear vocals and great base in everything we watched. Convenient size for placement. Pretty loud at 50% volume.

This is a great option. I did return it because it wasn't able to output to the wireless headphones and the speakers at the same time. The signal kept removing them, so we took it back. But if you aren't working with multiple outputs, this is really nice. The sound is excellent and the roku works very well.

This item has great sound, streams flawlessly, easy to use and is upgradable. It has long range Wi-Fi. If you want to upgrade, you can add a sub woofer to the device. Really a great product!

This soundbar has surprisingly good sound. If you're looking for big bass, you'll definitely want to add their subwoofer to this. The only gripe I've got is that it's missing an ethernet port (faster streaming than even wifi6)

Great sound quality for the size and price. I am using it in a small bedroom, and it meets all my expectations. Love the easy access to all the apps, including the free roku app with lots of interesting shows.

This is a great all in one Roku/sound bar, especially for the price ($99, a 4k roku stick alone is $50!) I'm awaiting the surround wireless speakers to come in that I expect will greatly enhance the sound experience for what I've intended, However this already raises the listening quality from any TV, and most soundbars I've experienced in this $ range.
I bought this for an extra, outdoor tv used for mostly sports so I wouldn't compare it to a main setup in my LR, but for a smaller room &/or a less costly option for such purposes I recommend this, the Roku is built in to the sound bar, so only one peice of equipment & easy setup.

We just bought this to add to our 12 year old 50" LG Plasma TV. I wasn't even sure if we could get it to work. It does! We had to use the supplied optical cable since our TV does not have an HDMI (ARC) connection. It is great! Our TV never sounded better. We have been using Roku's for 6 years now and this is the best yet. I was fortunate enough to also have rewards to use and got it for $85. Hope this helps with anyone wondering if an older TV can utilize this device. Yes!

I have been curious about all-in-one soundbar/streaming device solutions for awhile, but haven't taken the plunge. Roku is one of my go-to platforms because it has a wide selection of apps, straightforward interface and now compatibility with Google Assistant, Alexa and HomeKit.
I have had a small LED TV in my bedroom for years, but I've hardly used it. I realized my main problems were using the super-old Chromecast and being stuck with the crappy TV speakers, which were both too quiet and too crackly for more than a few minutes. I finally decided to upgrade and lo and behold, Roku had introduced this combination device and my interest was piqued.
The Streambar is perfect for my situation -- dramatically improved sound with a built-in streaming device, allowing me to use all the apps from the comfort of my bed. Importantly, the included remote can control my TV, so no remote control juggling. Even better, I can talk to Google or Siri to turn on the TV, and I have found Google does a superb job of controlling things through the Streambar, including power on and off.
Setup and use is dead-simple, and anyone who's used a Roku device in the past few years should have no trouble. I am happy to report Roku's software upgrades have really improved compatibility with both Google and Apple, and the added bonus of AirPlay is a great feature for streaming things like Zoom webinars from my iPhone.
So how does it sound? Pretty dang good for the size. It excels with voices; I mostly watch the news from bed and things come through very clear and concise at all volume levels. I can finally hear the TV when the AC unit is running! Obviously, a super-compact soundbar like this won't blow you away with bass response, but I've been really pleased with the audio quality from Dolby-compatible apps like Netflix. Again, the Streambar is perfect for my bedroom setup, where I care more about clarity at all volume levels. I'm so glad I don't have to jack up the volume to hear what's going on as this is the last thing I want to do late at night or early in the morning.
Overall this is an awesome product for the price and I highly recommend it.

I don’t normally do reviews but this Roku streambar is an awesome value. Super simple setup and a major audio enhancement to your TV speakers, particularly when it comes to voice. Apple AirPlay and Bluetooth playback are a bonus too - it packs a lot of value. This thing has none of the buffering issues that my first gen Apple TV had. Don’t expect it to rock your house like the $700 Sonos soundbar (which I have in my living room) but it’s plenty good for bedrooms and secondary viewing locations in your house.

What I like best about this product is that it combines two functions in one: Roku streaming with a decent sounding soundbar. For anyone looking for an easy and cost efficient way to get both added to a TV, this is an excellent option. I had previously purchased a standalone soundbar for an office TV, then exchanged it for this product once I learned about it. Setup was a breeze - up and running in 15-20 minutes, and considering the price, the sound was nearly as good as the Yamaha soundbar I replaced. Nothing against Yamaha, they make great products too, but for my needs it was hard to beat this on value and quality for the price.

The Roku Streambar is great. It has decent sound, is compact and is a Roku streaming device.
One great thing is it knows how to handle hotel wifi with weird access where you need to enter room # or accept EULA: To do that you connect the roku to the hotel wifi. Then it prompts you on the screen, and you just connect your phone/laptop to the streambar (it creates a temporary wifi network), and you sign in from your laptop/cell and the roku's connected. This is fantastic.

I am not a big review writer but thought I would add one here for people on the fence about this product. For the $100 I paid for this product, it is well worth it. I added it to a three year old Sony “smart” TV that had mediocre sound and pretty terrible smart features. Netflix worked ok but that was it. I really needed something to stream the Xfinity app, so needed a Roku. The Roku functionality works as expected. I have two 2020 Ultras, and the streaming features on this work just as well. As for the sound, it is a definite improvement over the TV speakers. Those were practically unusable. This is pleasant. This TV is in a guest bedroom (now also my home office), and the sound is fun for that purpose. Voices are clearer, there is some punch in action scenes, and some spatial effects. There are three other TVs in the house, two have Sonos beams with Subs and surrounds driven by Amps, the other has the setup but with an Arc. This does not approach those setups. But it doesn’t cost over $1500 either. Or even $300 for just a beam. Also, the TV is hung on the wall with a swivel rack, so I didn’t want an extra 10+ lbs weighing it down. This did the trick, and made it a lot easier than dealing with two components. So at least in my use case, this product is perfect.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Good quality. Very good sound. Get's fairly loud, but not super loud (may or may not be an issue for you). Picked up on super sale for $99 which is a solid value.

I’m a gadget guy. We cut the cord from satellite earlier this year. We now stream and watch over the air antenna channels. We have internal streaming on our Samsung TVs. The performance has been mediocre. I have an Apple TV streamer that works well, but the streaming options are limited. I recently added the new #Rokustreambar to our bedroom TV. I really like! Two birds, one stone. The sound bar is a nice improvement over the television speakers and has Roku built-in. I love the Roku platform so well, I added #RokuUltra to our main television. #roku

Needed a Roku and a sound bar for a new tv so I thought I would try the new Roku unit. Hooked up easily. I have to preface my review of the Roku sound base sound with the fact that on my last tv I had a $500+ soundbar. Roku definitely sounded better than the tv speaker, but had little bass. I ended up returning it and picked up a new Roku Stick from Best Buy, a used receiver, a pair of Polk audio monitors and a Klipsch center speaker - this setup beats out my prior upper range soundbar by a long shot and cost less overall.

Really good sound for a little soundbar. Bass booms a little bit. Works great for a bedroom with a smaller TV. Easy to use if you know how to use a Roku.
