I cannot get the remote to turn the TV on or off. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I recommend the roku streambar for anyone wanting a streaming service thingamajig, it's super easy to install and use even an old lady like me can do it

I was skeptical when I purchased this product to convert my FireTV to Roku. It has been a surprise to the upside and volume settings can be much lower now.

More for the buck than expected. Bought it to lift ordinary tv in the bedroom and it lived up to expectations and more

Part of the appeal for us wanting to get the "streambar" was the idea that it was expandable with the roku wireless speakers and bass. What the box doesn't tell you is that the subwoofer works but the speakers do not. The device itself sounds fine but it was a bit unclear in what it could and couldnt do. Overall no Dolby sound, doesnt connect to roku speakers and less overall sound quality than Rokus older Streambar and Streambar pro. We had to go out of our way to find the original streambar and taking the SE back. Both are the same price but clearly the se while newer is the lesser product.
