Go to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now to check for updates. Also, try resetting your remote for the TV control. Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Part of the appeal for us wanting to get the "streambar" was the idea that it was expandable with the roku wireless speakers and bass. What the box doesn't tell you is that the subwoofer works but the speakers do not. The device itself sounds fine but it was a bit unclear in what it could and couldnt do. Overall no Dolby sound, doesnt connect to roku speakers and less overall sound quality than Rokus older Streambar and Streambar pro. We had to go out of our way to find the original streambar and taking the SE back. Both are the same price but clearly the se while newer is the lesser product.
