Best Buy CS terrible

The offer for "2 months free Apple+" has been impossible to access. No code provided by Best Buy; no Customer Service connection online or on phone. So they offered an enticement that is unavailable; no remedy to fix it. Very unhappy about that.

TheTV stays paired but the Roku box needs the power cord unplugged and plugged back in to be remotely controlled ! ???
