Roku is always our go-to device for streaming devices. They are extremely reliable and these Ultras deliver great picture quality. We prefer to use the wired connectivity for the internet and these give us the opportunity.

We have been ramping up our streaming service in order to get off our cable. Our new smart TV was buffering a lot, so we bought this Roku device to minimize that. Works like a charm. Fairly easy to set up and no buffering issues since we installed it.

It was on sale so I decided to upgrade my 2018 Roku Ultra. I noticed no difference in performance or picture or sound... However the backlit & rechargeable remote is a game changer for me. That made it worth it to me. My 2018 Roku was heavier and seemed better quality and the new one seems light and "cheap". But I've mounted my Roku to the back of my tv - so the lighter material is actually better for that. I absolutely love the Roku platform, any and all apps are available. I wish Roku would make some high end TVs so we consolidate everything!

really like it, after we set it up my wife decided to get a smart TV which we purchased from best buy a week later. gong to be set up by the Geeks on Tuesday. going to use this device on my grand daughters TV. Great device for steaming and apps.

Same Roku you know and love with a little more performance and the rechargeable control is clutch. Been about a month and haven't had to recharge yet.

I bought this version of the Roku Ultra, to have a wired connection to the internet, through its ethernet port. I found the enhanced features on the remote really made this a great choice overall.

roku ultra has a alot of channels, its easy to get around.it was very easy to hookup,

I have bought several Rokus. Although I have smart TVs, using the Roku makes my picture quality better. It also makes maneuvering through various apps simpler and quicker. A plus is being able to watch Roku tv channels. The remote is not complicated as other remotes I have used. With Spectrum tv, it is a must. Much better than XUMO.

Had to buy this to replace our older Roku Ultra that suddenly died after around 3 years of use. Initial set up was easy, however, a few days afterward there was a purple shade to the TV picture. Had to reset the Roku multiple times, including unplugging both the Roku and the TV before the picture returned to normal. After a month, the issue has not happened again. We really like the simplicity of the Roku interface and the consistency of having the same for all TVs in the house. Hope the new model Ultra lasts longer than the previous one.

My old Roku was failing. So convenient to have Best Buy so close by when I need replacement electronics. Works great. Easy to install.

Had a friend who owns Roku devices recommend this to me. Speed and flexibility to support the apps I needed plus support for 4K to match new OLED TV I recently purchased. Rechargeable remote needs no battery. Built in wifi excellent.

Overall it’s easy to install picture is clear and runs smooth money well spent.

This is an excellent product from the industry leader, Roku. Easy set up, reliable fast operation and significantly improved and rechargeable remote that provides voice control option. It’s worth the money.Game changer!

Got this to replace my outdated Roku that stopped working on some apps and was no longer supported (planned firmware/hardware obsolescence). Works like old one, but has rechargeable remote with voice control and battery charge lasts. Still works with old optical remotes, which is handy. I plugged the power brick into my smart power strip, so it doesn't waste power when not being used, so it takes a few seconds to boot when tv is powered up.

I’ve always used a Roku streaming device and it’s always a great experience. Love the backlight on the remote.

This the one to get: instructions are rather simple; the remote works great; and Roku lowers TV viewing cost(s) nicely. Very pleased with making this decision and choice.

I wanted to upgrade my ROKU after finally deciding to turn in my Xfinity cable boxes to save rental charges. I updated my mancave TV to test out the upgrade and the noticeable uptick in picture, sound and upgrade features of the ROKU and Remote was awesome. After my testing period I purchased and upgraded an additional 3 TV with ROKU Ultra, which is truly the biggest testimony I gave really give for this product.

I bought this to replace my older model; I wanted a wired connection. The USB chargeable remote was a very nice touch, as it addresses an annoyance of the prior versions. Two thumbs up.

The product is great. I love the remote feature , it makes it so much easier to find different appls and programs. I would definitely recommend it to others

Best streaming device! I was using TV as streaming and it was soooo slow. But Roku is fast! Well worth the orice
