My second Roku. With the availability of almost any channel through streaming services, paid and unpaid, there is no reason not to go streaming and Roku is one of the easiest. Great picture, menu and headphones direct from the remote is killer. Speak to remote and it will even find shows for you. What's not to like! Best Buy as always had a great price and customer service.

I have been with Roku for some 10 years now. I 'cut the chord' and no longer have cable service. I recently purchased a 4K TV and so I got this device to stream 4K content. It works very well. EASY to set up just make sure you have an HDMI cable as it doesn't come with one. The remote is supposed to be able to control the TV but, in my case, that doesn't seem to work.

This is my 4th or 5th Roku, so I knew what to expect, and my expectations were met. I really like the new remote that has an IR blaster that can be used to control another HT component (that does not listen to commands sent via HDMI). Otherwise, the Ultra is noticeably faster than my previous Roku 3, and offers 4K streaming which I am not using, so I cannot comment.

I had a Roku Premiere and wanted to upgrade to the Ultra so I could take advantage of its features. I love the fact that it has an ethernet port, so I can have a consistent hardwired connection. The remote is awesome and quite functional. I absolutely love the JBL headphones for late-night TV watching. Overall, the Roku Ultra is fast and extremely user-friendly!

We love our Roku. You can get Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc. along with free news channels such as CBS News and Bloomberg. Even if you already have a smart TV, the user interface for the Roku is worth the upgrade. It is easy to set up. It immediately recognizes your TV and allows you to use the same remote to control volume and power. Worth every penny.

I own a couple of Roku sticks & a couple of Roku 3's but this one really does perform faster. I like the upgraded remote with a power button for the TV & also the remote finder that my older Roku's don't have. Like the two Roku 3's I have, I added a micro sd card to it so the "channels" load faster. Something you can't do with a stick.

Incredibly easy to use and customizable so that you have all the apps you want and aren’t cluttered with apps you never use. Setup is a breeze. As user friendly as my AppleTV for far less. The remote can glitch at times and the on board memory could be better but that is easily fixed with an inexpensive micro SD card. Great product!

Definitely worth the price! I bought this to complement my 4K television and makes the quality unbelievable. U can also stream 4K content like Netflix and other streaming content! The controller doesn’t lag as their other product. So this a must have for 4K television owners and those who like to watch on internet content

I love the ease of use picture quality price was reasonable

Bought 3 of these to replace Directtv. Set-up is easy. Streaming and picture quality is outstanding. Plenty of streaming apps to use with many free ones. Only complaint is that I could not get it to work perfectly with Harmony remote as we need to toggle between devices to work the Roku and surround system. This is a Harmony issue not Roku.

I enjoy using Amazon and Google products but their purposeful shunning of each others services is old. That's where Roku comes in. It really is totally agnostic to services. It just has them all - including many free ones. The picture on my TV from this model is outstanding and it is easy to set up, So far it's been a great purchase.

We're jumping on the streaming band wagon and this Roku makes it very easy to make the transition from cable. We downgraded our cable package and when comparing the monthly cost of renting the cable equipment for 2nd and third TV's, Roku is the way to go. Easy setup and many features that justify the initial price of the unit.

This device has an Ethernet port that allows you to hard wire with makes the load time almost non existent and you don’t have to worry about it losing connection. Also the remote is great it has a power and volume button so you no longer have to use 2 remotes while streaming. Also has a headphone port and comes with good quality headphones

This was my 3rd Roku Purchase and since we were completely cutting the cable, I decided to splurge on the Ultra for my primary viewing TV. I'm glad I did. It's much faster and responsive than the HDMI Stick devices and doesn't over heat like some of the others. The fish tank screen saver is awesome too, just wish it had sound.

Bought this for my gfs parents and I am more of an Apple guy and love my Apple TVs. I took this out of the box to set it up and load some apps on it for her parents and this device is pretty slick and we picked it up for $50 on Black Friday instead of the usual $100 and that is still cheaper than the Apple TVs (4K and Regular HD models)

Easy set up, easy to use, excellent picture output

My husband and I decided to cut the cord with cable when I purchased the Roku Ultra. You get more streaming choices with Roku and a streaming service than you do with cable or satellite. The picture quality is amazing. To set up the device is easy, within minutes you’re ready to watch tv. It’s the best thing we’ve done

I researched the product line and for my needs this Roku - Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player was my first choice. It was easy to install, simply PLUG AND PLAY. This product performs as advertised. I will, and in fact I have already recommended this product and BEST BUY to friends. BEST BUY was conveniently and price competitive.

This device is very easy to use and it provides excellent picture quality. It certainly reduces the overall cost of TV operations, but at the same or better level as having to rent the cable boxes. It is an excellent alternative to actually renting a cable box but getting nearly the same picture quality.
