This is a pretty standard dryer in terms of its size, look, and functionality. I do like the fact that the door swings open from left to right, instead of down like every other dryer I've ever owned. It makes it easier to unload into a laundry basket. I have noticed, however, that it doesn't always get the loads dry the first run. It is possible that I am trying to dry too many clothes at one time though and I have yet to really explore the other dryer settings. Nevertheless, the price I paid for it, in combination with the fact that we had been without a washer and dryer for 6 months prior, made it completely worth it! The dryer was on sale for $299 with free delivery, installation, and haul away of the broken one. I was able to purchase an additional 3 year warranty on top of the 1 year manufacturers warranty for an extra $59.99. All together we spent $894.00 on a brand new washer and dryer, all the parts needed for installation, the warranty, and the delivery, set up, and haul away, which was LESS that just the price of the dryer I was originally looking at buying! Overall, I would definitely recommend this dryer to a friend, especially if they didn't have a whole lot of money to spend on one.

I don't have a lot of laundry so this was the perfect size and price for what I needed. Has the various cycles to choose from and dries well.

I purchased as part of a set and my first new machines. I did a lot of research online and found these to suit my needs. This little machine dries all my towels the first time - unlike many others. One little tip - keep the lint trap clear or you'll have damp clothes at the end of the cycle. I can barely hear anything after closing the laundry room door. I ended up declining the install as I didn't want to pay extra for something I could do myself. The install was super easy and I love both of my machines.

I got this dryer for $250 on Black Friday, and it has been excellent so far. I'd read a little bit about it before hand, having never heard of the brand, and found it's just a cheaper line of Whirlpool.

Easy to install. Nice size for the space we had. Didn't want to spend a lot because we don't use the dryer much but we got a great dryer at a very good price.

I was looking for an inexpensive, yet, dependable washer and dryer set. I did some research and found Roper (manufactured by Maytag) for $299.00 apiece. With the purchase of a 5-year extended warranty on each piece and the purchase of a dryer cord I spent under $1,000.00. I am completely satisfied, thus far.

This dryer is mint works great with no issues and on a budget price. I would def not worry about this quality and go ahead and save yourself some money.

Great product! Been with Roper for the last 2 decades. The inside is spacious and dryer itself doesn't take up much room in my garage at all!

I've only had this dryer for about a month but so far it has not let me down. It works as expected. Best Buy delivered and installed it for me. The only thing I can think of that I wish was different is that it had a drum light! Would definitely recommend.

For the price of this dryer, I was a little skeptical of how the performance would be. However, after the first cycle, I was pleasantly surprised. A full load of clothes takes about 45-50 minutes to fully dry. There are no bells and whistles but the job gets done right, the first time. For the price and performance of this unit, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a dryer. The only bad thing I can come up with about this unit is that it is not "Energy Star" rated.

Basic dryer that gets the job done. Picked it up on sale for $279. For the money you cant beat the price. All my clothes came out nice and dry.

I purchased this gas dryer less than 2 years ago from Lowe’s. While it dryers well. The top of the dryer is rusting. This is terrible as my washer which I had longer and the previous washer and dryer never rusted. Truly disappointed

This dryer has a cool down cycle to reduce wrinkles and an energy efficiency setting. It is the perfect dryer for me that dries my clothes quickly and efficiently.

Roper is one of the best you can buy, especially if you have a budget. I purchased this for my son and his family. I have had my Roper washer and dryer for 13 years and it is still going strong with no problems. Best Buy has the best price with free delivery and 18 months to pays....you can't beat this deal!!

Dryer has plenty of settings. Dries clothes well. Seems to be as efficient as a Maytag we had for 10+ years.
