    I wasn't sure which pens were compatible with the computer I had bought from Best Buy, but the clerk was helpful in selecting this one. It works well, and I like how it is light and feels just like a regular ball point pen. It also came with extra tips, which was nice.

    simple to navigate. Learn easy phrases. The only down size is there no way to learn vocabulary first. At least I haven't found it yet.

    I am working the program. This software allows me to learn at my own pace...the translocations are clear...and there is adequate time to practice.

    I chose Italian and this is accurate. If you pronounce the word wrong it will let you know. It is very repetitive so you can learn and understand even if you stop using it for a few months and come back. You will remember most of the words

    The activation code did not work. Had to chat with their customer service and they fixed the issue right away.

    So glad to find this on sale and to get the current release of the long-term Rosetta Stone language Spanish program. Good price; good time to get back on my practice!

    Disappointing and Not user friendly. They don’t make this easy to use the license code for this product and then impossible to contact support. I’m going to return this and purchase Babbel instead.

    I bought this from Best Buy in January. It's July, and I STILL cannot speak ANY Spanish. Still in Lesson 1 & 2 because you just CANNOT remember ANYTHING. This is a joke. Plus, after 3 months, they take away your online access and want more cash. WOW!
