    I found that instructions for using and installing this product was very poor. Confusion on what was for online course or using the DVD's that came in the box plus confusion on the serial number or license. And the small earbuds with microphone was physicaly broken. Its plastic. But the rest of the books are fine. I would still recommend to a friend if they need to learn English.

    Great software to learn English. Covers the basis before going to the more complex lessons. Very logical, the use of images helps to understand. Images are really well use.

    Rosetta Stone is a great program, however, the online download didn't work for the computer we were trying to install it in.

    It covers the essentials to start learning. Teach the sounds and pronunciation, also visual aids are really good.
