It leaks water everywhere but gets the job done. I would go with a different type but same brand or it may be defective.

I hade a old model of this item and it was a lot better than this one

This iron was a replacement and it worked fine for the first 2 weeks. After that every thing went downhill. THe water would run out , it did produce some steam but then it kept turning off just in the middle of pressing. Definately not worth it for the price. I could have bought a cheaper iron at the riteaid that works better.

In our house, we use an iron almost every day. After our last iron went kaput (It was not a Rowenta iron.), we needed a new one. I suggested we shop at Best Buy this time. We went to our local Best Buy, and found this iron. And Best Buy had a competitive price for it, too. This iron produces great steam and heat over its entire ironing surface, and gets our clothes pressed quickly. Really happy with this iron.

Good steam iron, but I find that it leaks a little if the iron is not hot enough.

This particular iron seems to work very well. It heats up quickly and items are smooth after ironing.

I ordered this item online and went to pick up from the store. Unfortunately this item is Fake and made in China, NOT Germany!!! Had some cheep wrap and box and a very poor quality. I have no idea why this item has 4 star rating. Going to return them.

I have owned three Rowenta irons the last one being the Pro Master. All three have leaked at the area of the rotating cord and it appears to be a brownish in color. Each iron has not lasted for more than three years. What frustrates me is I have followed the instructions and I have never dropped any of the irons but each iron has had the same problem. After speaking to Rowenta's management and the lack of customer service I will be searching for another brand.

After 2 weeks of common using it starts leaking...
