only reason I bought this case was for the kickstand and it keeps popping off the case with the greatest of ease so I'm sure I'll lose it soon. For the price it is should've gotten one online like I did with my last phone and that case lasted now for almost 2 years with no problems.

The case is solid and send to protect the phone. The propb stand is a little flimsy, but will hold the phone up.

There are two kickstands with this case. One long one to rest your phone in portrait mode and a short one for landscape. The longer portrait stand pops out of the case as soon as the user applies minimal presuure to the phone screen. For instance, during general use like changing menu, texting, or any normal action that requires the user to touch the screen. The issue appears to be that the longer stand is not thick pr strudy enough to bear the weight of an S20 Ultra. I had a similar case for the S10+, and it took q lot more pressure to pop the stand out of the case. I was able to reproduce this action with a brand new replacement. It appears they used the same stand thickness as its predecessor, for a much heaiver phone model. Do not purchase until Samsung addresses this clear faulty design.

The case itself seems to protect my phone, the kickstand for which I bought the case for is cheaply made and falls apart. I would strongly recommend not to buy. They have to put out better cases for $1,400 phone .

Pretty decent phone case. I wouldn't call it "rugged" though.

I love the versatility of having 2 separate kickstands on the back of this phone case - works no matter which direction you are using your phone!

This case is much stronger and better than I expected. It's almost on the level of Otterbox. Still prefer them over this though.

Plastic back and slippery feeling considering that this is made for a big and heavy phone doesn’t have a very comfortable feeling .
