This microphone sounds very good at such a great price

There is no doubt on the product quality. This comes with a stand which is good for podcast recording. However, it can also be used with mic booms for song recording purpose. Only thing I am looking for is a shock mount which is a well fit. Samson should make one for G-Track Pro.

Great starter microphone for someone recording music

Fantastic, great for gaming, podcast, and singing what’s not to love its heavy enough that you’ll feel like a pro but simple enough that you don’t feel inadequate

Love it! Great range and no feedback. It starts to clip when Skype for Business boots, but that is fixed simply by unplug/plug the USB. Skype is going away so no worries. Works great with Teams and conference calls. Seldom have to use Jabra headset to make calls.

It’s a great mix for recording your voice in singing. I sing classical music, which means I need something that can pick up a wide range of dynamics, as well as not distort when I’m singing loudly. This definitely fits the bill without breaking the bank.

The sound quality is great, the price is awesome, the external controls are a rare and fantastic feature. My one hangup was the need to adjust the bitrate in my computer. When I first used it, the result would be pitched down. Customer service at Samson was very helpful

The microphone did not work with the original cable, but now works with a spare printer cable that I had lying around. I use it on a Windows 10 computer. It has great sound quality, but picks up a little too much background noise and needs a pop filter.

This item has great built quality and sounds great.

Main reason I got this was to use it with GarageBand on iPad. When I connected it and opened GB it said the device was not compatible. Would've been nice if there had been something on the packaging specifying that it was not compatible with iPads.

This Samson G-ytack pro is a very good USB microphone. You lug it right into your computer and you can add an instrument using a 1/4 inch cable. I am going to start a podcast and I wanted a good microphone that was not too expensive. BEST BUY is the best buy.

Great moderately priced mic for online performance. Having an input for guitar, output for headphones and separate level controls for guitar, mic and overall volume makes it ideal for it's intended application. Easy to integrate with laptop and zoom.

After contemplating between this mic and the Blue Yeti, I went ahead and purchased this one. I don't regret my decision as the build and audio quality is superb. It also has a 1/4" line in just incase you want to plug an instrument in which is a definite advantage over the Yeti.

I bought this microphone for streaming. With a little playing around with filters it sounds amazing, however this mic was repeatedly crashing games and my streams. Turns out the USB that this microphone comes with is faulty and would intermittently short power causing my computer to switch sound sources messing with my applications that were relying on the microphone. This resulted in several issues while live for a couple weeks until I was able to troubleshoot this and see others were having the same issue. Fortunately I had a spare USB a to b cable already so testing and fixing the issue was minor for me. Buyer beware.

I have used this microphone for years now. As far as USB microphones go, this one is the best you can get in my honest opinion. If youre thinking of getting a Yeti microphone, consider this one instead. You won't regret it.
