Great build quality and all the features you could want in a USB microphone. Would highly recommend getting the pop-filter that Samson makes for this model to help avoid peaking during voice-recordings.

First things off, this is a really great microphone for streaming and gaming. I like how it sounds smooth and that you can control the sensitivity of the mic input. The only thing I have problems with is with the shoddy quality of the cable they used to connect the microphone to the computer. It doesn't even work at all when connecting the microphone to the computer. At first, it thought it was the microphone overall, but I used my printer cable which also had the same ports and it worked! Great mic, but honestly do better quality control.

- According to the Samson tech support reply to me today, the Samson G-Track Pro is not actually a 24bit 96kHz Microphone, neither single channel or two. I have spent weeks waiting for a response from Samson Tech Support, only to find out it will not work at 24bit @ 48kHz, but will only at 16bit @ 96kHZ, (dual channel), or 24bit @ 48kHz. But, even at 16bit, I feel that a low latency kernel mode driver should have been provided. - There are no kernel mode low latency drivers. - The Serial Number for the product is on the outside of the box, (for other people to unlock the software), and it takes a few tech support calls to actually get the software that is supposed to come with it. - Warranty registration, etc., online support, etc., feels very hacked together, (which is probably how the serial numbers - on the outside of the boxes), may have been used by others to unlock the software before you buy it, (or probably through a website brute force attack). All of these issues have been raised with Samson tech support, but nothing at all appears to have changed. Regardless of the quality of the mic - (which I haven't even gotten around to testing because of this issue), I do not recommend it - because of the business practices alone.

After setting up the Mic and adjusting it for over 3 hours, the best I could get was sounding like I was in the next room speaking and it still picked up everything around me. I adjusted all the sensitivity levels and all the volumes on the mic itself and inside windows and the programs I was using. I used all 3 sound shapes and mono/2 track. Nothing would sound good. Pros: Very stable sturdy design. The action on the swivel is very nice. It has features and is very easy to get started with. Cons: The mic sounds very tinny and like you are speaking from a long distance away. The sensitivity knob works for picking up better volume but also allows more background sounds in. There is no driver or software with this mic to set it up.

This Mic is great quality, Lasted 3 years till needed replacement. Going to buy again honestly, and going to have it propped upside-down and it should last longer.

The sounds quality is amazing, the build is extremely sturdy, it’s quite heavy but I love that.

A good looking and sounding mic but the audio cable it comes in with is the cheapest and doesnt work but with another one it works

I've bought two of these mics in a row now from BestBuy and neither will connect with my computer. Don't know the issue. The cables look fine. I have an old cable from a prior G-Track Pro and it connects just fine. Batch of bad cables?

All I can say about this mic is that it is amazing. Once instantly plugged in everyone in my discord noticed I sounded crisp and more clear. Any and all background noise was eliminated.
