I originally bought this backpack for my personal item on a Basic Economy flight. When I got it I realized I needed something slightly larger. However, this little bag is definitely going to be useful for carrying and protcting my 13.5" laptop and iPad. I would say for my petite frame (I'm 5'1") it doesn't look too small but for someone much taller it might look a little awkward. I'd recommend it if you are looking for a small backpack for school or specifically for a laptop/tablet and some writing materials. The padding is stiff enough to protect all items inside but too stiff to fit larger items.

bought for my son in college. it had a nice feel to it and seems strong. very nice looking. had to return because it is a little big for my son's requirement

My daughter needed a backpack for her laptop and to carry school books. This one is well made and fit her laptop perfectly, but is too small to carry all her school textbooks in. We were sad to have to return it and are looking for a little bit larger one.

The quality of this product is great. It's design is slim and compact. Bought it for my wife and she loves it

Love this backpack. Just the right size. A lot of pockets to separate items.

Looking forward to using this bag as I carry my new MacBook with me. Plenty of room for my computer and my Kindle as well as a book and/or a magazine or calendar and even a light sweater.

The product it self is good. The problem was that the main description in bestbuy.com doesn't mention that this is a mini-bag pack. The product in its label has this highlighted in the description. This is one of the main characteristics of the product, it should be stated. It was dissapointing getting this product and finding out it was a mini-bag pack
