The long and short of it is this - It is a nice bag but you should consider Samsonite's warranty worthless unless you happen to live very close to a repair center or Samsonite store. I live in a large city, but the nearest repair center is 50 miles away. Only after I disregarded their automated response and spoke to a representative did they say I could take it to a Samsonite store - still a 20 mile drive from home but better. If however you live in a rural area it is entirely possible your nearest repair center could be 100s of miles away, and Samsonite insists repairs & replacements go through repair centers and their stores. For me, the cost in time makes it barely worth it to go get it replaced, and for some who live just a bit further away the cost in gas may outright make the warranty useless. If this was a $20 bag I'd just throw it away, but with tax this came out to closer to $100 so I expected it to last a lot longer and have better customer service if something happens. About the bag itself: - Slim bag with good storage - Good protection with foam (its sticking out now with the tear, so I can see there is ~1/4 inch of padding surrounding the whole laptop compartment) - For me, an ideal balance of big enough to carry what I need, without being overly bulky - Not as durable as would be desired - I normally buy a new laptop bag with each new laptop I buy, meaning I keep each bag at least 2 years often many more. My old bags would begin to look more worn, but still be functionally fine. This one after almost exactly 2 years split an entire seam. I'm hoping it was a manufacturing defect of my particular bag, but we'll see how long the replacement lasts. - While a seam failed, overall the bag looks a lot better after 2 years of use than other bags I have used for 2+ years. I am really hoping my replacement holds up longer.

Love this bag. I have a 14" ThinkPad 2 in 1 and this bag is perfect for it. It has ample room for extra documents and accessories and it's nice and sturdy. Definitely great for work yet versatile enough for any occasion.

I was looking for a good looking, light weight laptop case for my new HP laptop. This case fits my needs. The compartment for laptop is padded and there are pockets for accessories.

This is a lightweight and easy to stored bag. The bag fits most modern day standard size labtop. The strap offers both handheld or overshoulder option. It also have easy to use compartments. It is a bit small if you have a lot of paper along with your labtop. Also, when you stuff too much stuff into the bag, the front pouch sticks out a bit so I took 1 star off for looks.

This case is very practical and easy to carry around. I personally like it because it's the perfect size to carry around specially in crowded places like the NY City subways. It protects your gadgets perfectly and it has multiple pockets for convenience. I would definitely recommended.

This laptop bag immediately caught my eye as I was strolling through an aisle at Best Buy actually looking for something else. I already have two laptop bags at home and did not need another one, yet I could not walk away from this product. The reasons are several: It's very thin and so lightweight (unlike the heavy ones I own that hurt my back and shoulders) that the ease in which it can be carried around from place to place is simply remarkable. This is especially true, given that the bag's material and design clearly does the job when it comes to protecting your computer. The cushioning is there and works phenomenally, yet you don't feel the weight of its presence! Add to it the multiple places to store various other items of import, such as your cell phone, writing utensils, computer peripherals (such as a mouse, or external hard drive, for example). Finally, I think the bag looks very professional and is designed in extremely good taste. I feel so fashionable wearing it, even though it is not flashy. It is perfect, and I love it so much that I got rid of the other laptop bags I had because after trying this one out for size, there is no going back! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

This is a feature loaded travel case for your laptop. The padding will protect your laptop and there are many pockets for your extras. The strap makes it easy to carry. The case being on sale made it an even greater value. If you have to take your laptop with you, this makes a nice travel companion..

I bought this for my hubby as a replacement bag. Wasn't real sure because it looked small. But I can tell you it certainly holds more than it looks like it would. He carries everything he carried in his bigger, bulkier bag. And it's Samsonite quality. Who could ask for more?

This case is awesome and a great deal at best buy. Alot of space with this case extra pockets come in handy when you have laptop accessories which of course everybody does nowadys.

This is very convenient. I use it for my Surface Pro. It has enough room for a laptop, charger, additional material like paper, books, etc. The best thing is it is very light weight.

Have not gotten to take my laptop too far yet, but this bad is amazing! Perfect size and very padded gives me piece of mind that my laptop is protected when traveling with it!

The case is light weight and it contains everything I need. I like the various compartments for storing other items such as mouse, flash drives and cables.

A really nicely built, professional looking laptop bag. A few pockets, all very sleek but you can pretty much fit whatever accessories are needed aka power supply, mouse etc. Picked one up for my pops because he was carrying his laptop around in one of those drawstring gym bags that fits like, a pair of shorts and a towel. Laptop already took a pretty hard hit that warped the case. Got this bag to keep it safe, organized and to have my old man look cool, even if he's still trying to figure out email for the first time, lol.
