Got this for much cheaper than the competitor models. It's done great so far, everything I could ask for. Will see how long it holds up. Already like it better than my previous more expensive whirlpool microwave.

I got this at a great sale price before Christmas. Free shipping to the store. The installation was easy, used the included templates to mark the holes for drilling. Everything lined up the first time. My only complaint is the turntable. It revolves around slower than it should and makes a bit of noise. I checked online and found some known issues with this model where the turntable motor needs replacing after a few years. Even so, with the price I paid, I can replace the motor and still come out ahead.

I would recommend this product. It was easy to install. It performs very well. It is important to realize that the unit sits on a rail attached to the wall. After removing all of the screws you have to lift it off of the rail to remove it.

We got this microwave on sale at a great price. I would have even paid more for this microwave. It installed easily and.works.great. heats up food quicly ans easy to use. Very quiet. Great light ans fan as well

A very good microwave for the price. Good size and options. I didn't get to use it much before we moved out but the current tenants seem to like it.

My wife and I really like this microwave. Picked it up during the black friday sales. It cooks well but is a little noisy on startup. No big deal.

This microwave is perfect for my family. The price is right, it is a nice looking appliance and putting it in the spot my old microwave was easy.

In regards to the microwave, I would have to say that this one has the best bang for the buck at the 1.6 cu ft price range. So far, my wife and I have found that all of the features of the microwave work as advertised...except for the Eco mode. The Eco mode needs to be explicitly set. It doesn't come on automatically after not using for X number of minutes (I would think 15 to 30 would be sensible defaults). Otherwise than that, no complaints regarding the microwave from my house thus far.

We actually purchased this for our Son as a Christmas Present because he had recently bought a new home and the existing one was burnt out. But in the interim from when we purchased it and Christmas he bought one for himself identical to this one, so he had to return one of them, but I did help him install the one he kept and installation was extremely easy and the unit seemed to have some nice features.

This microwave went in clean and easy. For the money it's a fantastic unit, easy to use, works fantastic.

I really like this microwave and was happy that it was within my price range when I needed it. I like the stainless steel trim, gives it a stylish look. All the features work very similar to a Kenmore I had for years. It is great at warming my coffee and my cup hides nicely inside so I still am frequently looking for it. I like the power settings because I cook at lower powers frequently - Tupperware taught me this - so boys and girls never use high power to warm up your plastics. It's easy to clean. Love the turntable which was a must for the purchase.

My old microwave stopped working. I went to Best Buy and had this one delivered to my home. It was fairly easy to install, but it does require two people to install it. The microwave works great, it just makes some noise when it is running. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Great microwave for the price, does all that is supposed to as a microwave, nothing fancy. The vent works great, we gave it the "bacon test" and it vented the bacon smell out pretty quick. We do have ours vented to the outside so I think that makes a difference on how you choose to install it, the noise level is about the same as any other vent hood, its loud but nothing more that usual. The popcorn button is actually spot on. The light sucks, Ive been meaning to see if a different bulb will work better but havnt yet. Great product so far!

I like the microwave brand and I like how quiet it is. However, the oven gets dirty too quickly so I need to clean it more often.. The stainless steel gets smudges on it but that comes with having this type of product. The oven itself is beautiful though and it looks really nice with our other stainless steel appliances.

Product works great. The problem that we have with it is that the timer does not work when the microwave is running.

This has been a great microwave so far but just a few months in. All the features work great even fan is not overly loud. Samsung makes some of the best electronics in the world.
