Handle consistently breaks then inner door broke due to multiple door handle changes.

I am very disappointed in my new Samsung for these reasons, you cannot use the timer and cook in the microwave at the same time which I find very inconvenient. When you push 1 for a minute you have to puch 1 00 it does not automatically cook for 1 minute, our previous microwave would up to 6 minutes. A cheapo 30.00 dollar counter microwave from Walmart would. The microwave cooks evenly and fits nice above our stove.

It is a great basic mivrowave, that does everything you need it to do and nothing more.

The microwave was easy to set up and heats your food super fast.

Vent is louder than the GE it replaced. So, louder vent fan, poorer performance. Have to open the windows to let cooking smells out of my house. Would not buy again for this reason only.

Display reads "SE" Cost as much to replace board as a new microwave, less than two years old and the keyboard has gone out and can't be reset by any means. After searching the web, I've learned this is a profound problem with Samsung. The display just reads "SE" and it won't work and just makes irritaing beeps every couple minutes. After my experience and reading their developing poor quality reputation, I'll never buy another Samsung mircrowave.

Bought this for my Mother's birthday when it was on sale at a good price. It recently turned itself on and then wouldn't respond. I reset it and seemed to be working fine, but later on beeped and wouldn't respond again. I exchanged it for a new one and it did the same thing. Going to take it back for good now.

We were looking for an over-the-range microwave to replace our 8 year old GE Spacesaver. After reading all the reviews we decided on this Samsung 1.6 Cu Ft microwave, based on the overall size and relatively inexpensive price. So far we have been very pleased with it, it was easy to install (we were able to use the old bracket) and works great for what we use it for - reheating food. It was ordered on President's Day Monday 2/18 and it was delivered on Thursday 2/21 - amazingly fast for free delivery!

I can't believe he lack of automatic features to this microwave. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew it performs like the first microwave. I don't think I will be purchasing anymore Samsung products. I recenty purchased a sumsung refrigerator and it doesn't keep food for long.

In couple years the number pad had bad numbers (some of them won't press anymore). Another couple years and inside paint/layer started to peal off and see the rust layer.

The microwave had some kind of rust stain on the outside right corner that wouldn't come off but other than that im sure it would have worked fine....

I purchased this unit and it was damaged, exchanged it out 4 more times and each unit was damaged. Poor packaging on Samsung's part.

We just had this microwave installed by our contractor in conjunction with a kitchen remodel, and so far so good. Like the looks of it, seems to be more powerful than our old one, and it's pretty quiet. The fan is good - not too loud, but the lights could be a lot brighter. No idea why they even put a low light as a setting as it's really too low to use for anything but maybe a night light! Overall would highly recommend this microwave - great brand for a really great price.

This Samsung Microwave replaced an Amana that died. It was simple to install, using the same footprint of the old Amana, I didn't have to install the brace, and it went right in place. It was lighter than the Amana and it was ready to use in minutes. Has great features, it is quiet and looks great.

We bought this to replace our 8 year out Maytag that died. Installation was no issue since it used the same mounting holes and bracket. Once installed the fans didn't work however. Removed this and found a shorted wire in the plug that connects to the power for the fans. Fixed the short and she is working fine. Very nice unit, quiet, many features. We picked this up on a special for $99.99 that ran for 1 day. Couldn't be more happier with it so far

Having purchased our first Microwave in 1972, We have been through many microwaves over the years. This is a good appliance for the money. $150 - $175 price range. It performs exactly as it should. Yes, it a bit flimsey sheet metal, the light is weak and it Finger prints easily. But for Cooking and Heating It works flawlessly. And for goodness sake Plug it and test it, Before you mount it into the Cabinet. You can plug it in like a table top Microwave. Save yourself some Grief if it happens to be Bad.
